Do I need an account?
No. The store uses guest checkout and does not offer customer accounts.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery is currently available. Card Payment is displayed as coming soon and cannot be selected.
How much is shipping?
Standard Delivery is €4.99 and is free from €50.00 based on the EUR subtotal. The checkout shows the final amount before ordering.
How long does standard delivery take?
3–5 business days. Free on orders of €50 or more.
Can I change the display currency?
Yes. Prices can be displayed in EUR, USD, GBP or PLN. The selected currency is remembered on the device, while authoritative product prices and order totals remain recorded in EUR.
How do I know whether a toy is available?
Each product page shows its current availability. Stock is checked again when the order is placed, so an unavailable product cannot be ordered.
Where can I find product safety information?
Each product page includes a Safety & Product Information section with verified age guidance, warnings, identifiers and manufacturer or economic-operator details when those facts are available.
Can I change my mind?
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most distance contracts, subject to legally applicable exceptions. See the Right of Withdrawal page.
What if a product is defective or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] with the order number and relevant details. Statutory conformity rights are separate from withdrawal.

After a successful checkout, the confirmation page shows the customer-facing order number, ordered items, amounts, delivery method and payment status. Keep the order number for future questions.
