  • 3toysm-currency — provider: 3Toysm; purpose: remembers EUR, USD, GBP or PLN display preference; duration: persistent until removed by the user; legal basis: provides the preference explicitly requested by the user.
  • 3toysm-cookie-consent — provider: 3Toysm; purpose: remembers that the essential-storage notice was acknowledged; duration: persistent until removed by the user; legal basis: records the website privacy choice.

2. Preference cookies

No separate optional preference-cookie category is currently used. The selected display currency is stored only after the user chooses it and is described above.

No analytics cookies or analytics services are currently implemented.

4. Marketing / advertising cookies

No marketing, profiling or advertising cookies are currently implemented.

5. External resources

The website may request product images from manufacturer servers and font files from Google Fonts. These network requests can disclose technical data such as IP address to the relevant provider, but the store does not use them for its own analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Changing settings

Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer to review the active categories at any time. Browser settings can delete local storage; doing so may empty the cart, reset the currency and show the notice again. If optional technologies are added later, they must remain disabled until any legally required consent is obtained.

Do I need an account to order?

No. 3Toysm offers guest checkout, so you can place an order without registering or creating a profile.

Which payment method is available?

Cash on Delivery is currently available. Card Payment is clearly marked as coming soon and cannot be selected.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Delivery costs €4.99 and is free when the EUR cart subtotal reaches €50.00.

What if a toy is unavailable at checkout?

Availability and quantity are checked again when you place the order. If an item is no longer available, the order is not submitted and you can review your cart.

Can I return an order?

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most distance purchases, subject to legally applicable exceptions. Separate rights apply to defective or non-conforming goods.
